Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Initiate your return within this timeframe and ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, no odors, no marks, and with all tags, accessories, and original packaging.
- Sneakers and boxed accessories must include the original box in resellable condition.
- Bundles must be returned complete.
- Proof of purchase from supreme-outlet.com is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale and clearance items
- Underwear, socks removed from packaging, face masks
- Customized or monogrammed items
- Items marked “made to order” or “preorder final”
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and send a return authorization (RMA) with instructions. US orders that qualify will include a prepaid label.
- Pack securely. Include the RMA inside the package and write the RMA on the outer label if requested.
- Ship within 7 days of approval. Keep your tracking receipt.
Returns sent without an RMA or to an address not provided by support may be refused.
Refunds
- Processing time: up to 5 business days after the item arrives at our facility.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds may take 3–10 business days to appear.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item/size shipped or defective product).
- If a used/altered item is returned without approval, we may return it to you or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Exchanges
To get your size fast, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund. Direct size exchanges are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We’ll provide a solution—replacement (if available) or a prepaid return with a full refund.
Authenticity Guarantee
We stand behind every item we sell. If an item you receive is proven inauthentic, you’ll receive a full refund, including original shipping, upon return. Contact support with your order number and any supporting details.
Return Shipping & Fees
- US customers: eligible returns receive a prepaid label; in some cases a $7 flat return shipping fee may be deducted from the refund.
- International customers: you are responsible for return shipping and any duties/taxes. Mark the shipment as “Return of Goods.”
- Restocking fee: we do not generally charge one, but heavily damaged packaging or missing accessories may incur a reasonable deduction.
International Orders
- Duties and taxes paid on import are not refundable by Supreme Outlet. Check with your local customs office for potential recovery.
- Exchanges are processed as return-and-repurchase.
Price Adjustments
One-time price adjustment may be honored if the price of an identical item is reduced on supreme-outlet.com within 7 days of your purchase and the item is still in stock. Excludes clearance, limited releases, and promo codes.
Holiday & Drop Periods
During peak drop weeks and holidays, return processing can take slightly longer. We’ll keep you updated by email at each step.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
We investigate all claims. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may delay resolution. For the fastest help, contact support first.
