How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send a return authorization (RMA) with instructions. US orders that qualify will include a prepaid label.
  3. Pack securely. Include the RMA inside the package and write the RMA on the outer label if requested.
  4. Ship within 7 days of approval. Keep your tracking receipt.

Returns sent without an RMA or to an address not provided by support may be refused.
